- THAIFEX – HOREC Xperiential Zone: The Xperiential Zone is designed as a live operating environment spanning front and back-office services, including professional chef-led kitchen operations. - THAIFEX – HOREC Academy: The THAIFEX – HOREC Academy assembles HoReCa industry leaders to discuss how vision and strategy are being translated into actual day-to-day operations. Meanwhile, the Coffee Appreciation Protocol by the Thailand Coffee Association introduces a coffee quality & services standards evaluation framework.
- Thailand Ultimate Housekeeping Challenge (TUHC): This competition celebrates excellence in this critical pillar of guest experience, where the best professional housekeepers in Thailand are evaluated on their skills in bed-making, towel-folding, floral arrangements, and speed cleaning.
